ROSM serves as a clearinghouse between congregations and individuals in need. When someone comes to your church requesting financial assistance, ROSM's database can tell you what assistance has already been provided — helping you make informed decisions and avoid duplication.
Member congregations access the ROSM system through the Secure Console. Once logged in, you can:
ROSM was founded in 1977 on the conviction that religious communities are more effective when they coordinate their benevolence efforts. Before ROSM, each pastor and church secretary dealt individually with every person who walked in off the street — with no shared information, no way to verify need, and no protection against those who sought to exploit the generosity of multiple congregations.
ROSM changes that. Today, over 80 partner churches share information through the ROSM system, ensuring that limited charitable resources reach those who truly need them most.
If your congregation is not yet a ROSM member and would like to participate, please contact the ROSM office. Membership provides your church staff with login credentials to the Secure Console and access to the full client database.
